Balenciaga Drops SS19 Belt Pack Inspired by American Car Dealerships

After dropping a Graffiti Belt Bag in December, Balenciaga revisits the waist accessory with a new printed iteration for Spring/Summer 2019. The colorful pouch retains the same street art aesthetic, this time honing in on car tag prints as its latest inspiration.

Crafted in 100% lambskin, the bag features an all-black base with scribbled messages that were influenced by the marketing on car windshields at American dealerships. The piece is inscribed with doodle-style words and phrases throughout, including “PARIS” and “ALWAYS HAVE ALWAYS WILL,” across a primary color palette of red, blue, yellow and green. On the front, a large “2019” mark is plastered across the zippered pocket to add contrast. An adjustable nylon belt finishes it off.
