Is it possible to have a business that: ☑ Required zero employees or an office ☑ Costs little (if any) money upfront ☑ Isn’t based on trading time for a fixed fee ☑ Doesn't require knocking on doors, cold calling or cold emailing all day ☑ Can be managed completely on mobile (Only need an internet connection) ☑ Is something that can be done as a side hustle for passive income It is now. It’s called having a Home Sharing Management Company. Right now we’re running a special Labor Day sale on how to start this type of business: Here’s how simple this can be… Find homeowners who are losing thousands of dollars a month on potential income... Pitch them on listing their extra room or home on Airbnb for a commission (usually 50% the fees)... Create the listing on Airbnb (takes a few hours at most)... Collect the passive income that comes in each month through that listing. Zero management of the property. Zero ownership of any homes. It sounds too good to be true… But it’s not. Find out why here: So what sort of potential does this business have? My friend built his home sharing management business to SIX FIGURES in SIX MONTHS… P.S. He’s one of the mentors inside the program. Check out the discount here: ----------------------------------- ADD ME: Twitter: Facebook:

Wanna know why most new entrepreneurs fail? And keep failing? Because they aim too big. Let me explain. Look, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with thinking big. My mentors have always told me to think big. BUT you have to think big and realistically. I get people telling me about their new world-changing idea or invention all the time. They talk about how it’s going to make them a billion dollars. How they’re going to be on the front cover of Forbes, Inc. and Entrepreneur magazine. ...Only to find out they’ve never made a million dollars before. Or $100,0000. Or even $10,000. The best way to learn and master business is to start off small. Build something you can scale up to six figures. It’s not going to make you filthy rich, but it’ll make you a good living. Plus it’s going to give you something even more important...EXPERIENCE. That's why I always tell new entrepreneurs to build a service business. You can check out this new service business bundle I have here: Because people who aim too big, don’t even make it to the five figure, six figure mark… They gain zero experience in business in general. SO they’re already set-up for failure. By starting small, not only will you be’ll be more motivated. Why? Because it's easier to get wins. Getting small wins in business is important. And that all comes with building real business experience. With a service business you can scale it quickly to six figures in less than a year. In fact, I believe it’s the fastest way to get to six figures. That’s a lot of money for most people. That amount of money can drastically change your life. So here’s what I’m going to do. For a limited time I’m bundling 4 service business programs I have for a fraction of the cost. You’re going to get 82% off the whole thing. The programs will going to show you exactly WHAT to do in starting a service business and HOW to do it. They're like done-for-you business plans. All you have to do is follow directions. And these are all businesses you can launch within a week. Here’s a preview of what you’re going to learn in this bundle: How to collect monthly rental checks from Airbnb without owning a single home. How to make up to six figures flipping phones on eBay. How to make thousands of dollars every week running a mobile car wash. How to get paid every month by helping clueless online retailers get more customers. These are beginner friendly businesses anyone can start. And you can start building up serious business experience. So when you do get the opportunity to build an empire of your own… You'll be ready. Opportunities come and go. If you’re not prepared, you lose out. Learn how to swim before you jump into the deep end of the pool.

Today I was reading "On the Shortness of Life" by Seneca and I was thinking about one of the 8 ways he says people waste time, "going after no fixed goal." You must have an end goal. Time is limited, you have to know how to use it properly. Can you answer these three questions? 1. What is your end game goal? 2. What frivolous activity are you doing? 3. Which area of your life is going to make you more of a philosopher?

You want to have multiple sources of Income. I read a stat: 65% of millionaires had three streams of income; 45% had four streams of income and 29% had five or more streams of income. Markets always fluctuate so having multiple sources will make it so you won't depend on your 1 source. One great way is to help others do their Internet marketing and Social Media. I have a free training for that here: Another great source is to Invest in Real Estate. I also have a free training video here if you're interested:
