In this powerful talk, Bridget Loudon explains why the binary nature of jobs and the current way we are working is not fit for purpose in modern times. She argues that some of our best and brightest minds are being systematically excluded from the workforce because they no longer wish to work in such a structured, hierarchical way. Bridget suggests the path forward is more flexible, project-based ways of working, where talented people can stay engaged in work that is right for them and businesses can engage the right talent, at the right time to get critical work done faster.
