When social unrest was peaking during the early days of Dallas' still-very-much-ongoing police brutality protests, DPD Sergeant Ira Carter was caught on video kneeling alongside protesters, telling them he agreed with their goal and encouraging them to "see this through."
With the protests across the city continuing on, we reached out to Sgt. Carter to see if he'd be willing to further discuss his position on police reform.
